"Smart" Reversing Distributor

Essmueller’s “Smart” Turn-Head seeks the shortest route between spouts to be serviced. Prog­ram­mable mDP1085 Interface is shown. Turn-head can be used with computer interface.

Standard 360° turnheads are externally ident­ical to above but rotate in one direction only.

Type I Body Style: units less than 92" base diameter, both 360° rotation “S” and 180° rotation “FB”. Single-red­uction drive. Drive housing upper cone is below body of turnspout housing.

Type II Body Style: units larger than 92" in base diameter. Double-reduction drive, upper drive housing cone inside turn­spout housing.
