High Flite Round Bottom Conveyors

Essmueller's “HR” Hi-Flite Round Bot­tom elevat­ing con­veyor is de­sign­ed with the same maxi­mum clean-out feat­ures as our standard round bot­tom con­vey­ors.

Close tolerance in the con­tour tail and fit of flites in the trough ensures minimal amounts of mat­erial remain in the hous­ing bet­ween batches.

A “feeder” inlet allows flood or “choke” loading, while main­tain­ing “control” fill in­side the con­veyor. It will only accept the volume which can be con­vey­ed with­out over-filling.

A dividing plate runs the full length of the trough, encap­sul­ates material and al­lows inclines of up to 90° without loss of cap­acity.
